  3. Ship the product back to AsiaRF at your earliest convenience. Please note that return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer, except when the return results from AsiaRF’s error.

  4. Upon receipt, our expert technicians conduct a thorough inspection of the returned goods. This ensures returned items meet our high standards and verify any defect claims.

  5. Once approved, your refund is promptly processed within 7 to 14 business days, credited to your original method of payment. You will be notified via email upon completion.
